Im the most experienced at my store and ive been at that location longer than anyone at the store, yet i get overlooked for promotion and raises. I do love the people i work with.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I get paid less than all the male employees. Im a key manager for about 8 years now. I know foh and boh but i get paid way less than the opening grill guy who does even know how to follow a recipe card.
