It's fast paced but there's a bit of anxiety due to the fact that a lot of people I work with arent' friendly.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The manager seemed friendly and I wasn't nervous.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The team spends too much time talking amongst themselves and using their phones. They're not disciplined or professional.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They tend to try to be too friendly with the employees and not as professional as they should be.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think our minimum wage could be a bit more because it doesn't even hit the standard minimum wage amount.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The management needs to look at disciplining the employees who don't work as much as the others because it's not fair that some people work harder while others are talking and on their phones.
