I dont really tale advantage of them, so I honestly wouldn't know
What makes you most happy at work?
When everyone leaves and we can blast music while we clean up and wind down
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We like to make everyone feel at home, and i really like the "no worries mate" attitude. I like to live that way anyways
What did you like most about the interview process?
The lady who interviewed me was very easy to talk to, I enjoyed the tour of the restaurant and hearing about how they decorated it
What do you like best about the leadership team?
1 manager in particular is really good at teaching us how to be better in a constructive way. The way he multitask under pressure holds the restaurant together sometimes
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a good system for everyone running eachothers food, no one leaves the kitchen without a tray. If anyone ever needs help with a tray there's always someone to help. We have a lot of fun in the kitchen and closing together at night
