I was able to meet the whole management team through a couple interviews.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Although it can be demanding and fast-paced, the atmosphere is relatively relaxed. Managers will stick up for their employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have become good friends because a lot of us work together 30+ hours a week. We help out each other any way we can, even if it's not our certified job. It's a great atmosphere to work in and that reflects in everyone's attitudes. The managers will go above and beyond to make sure everyone is ok.
