I love the company it has so much potential, But the managers need to get their heads on right. They have to much favoritism
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was hired as a server but got stuck in takeout; I feel as if they have no faith in me, or they're just using me. They've fired and hired several other servers after I was hired and I just feel betrayed.
