Outback doesn't care about anything besides making money. You don't care about employees. You can call a regional manager and nothing will be done. Its a company ran by managers who want of make mowng but put in the least amount of work possible.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We need stardards simple as that.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Quality control. Manager will allow food to die in thr window before anything will happen.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Contining to pay for a busser that we don't have on is actually robbing there employees and no one cares.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
What leadership team? We have no expectations, no stardards ans when the leadership of the store does nothing why would anyone want to work for them.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Get a new regional managed who actually care about the stores they sre inccharge of or hire a partner who knows how to run a store and CARE!!!
