It is the best so far.

My manager trusts me to work hard and to own projects. I never have to fight to request time off and I feel that they respect my choices as to when I come into the office, which is huge for work-life balance.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Increase in the number of stocks is desired. But increase in the base salary is must needed. The base salary is too low and not great due to the HCOL in bay area.
