What is the best part about your compensation package?
getting to have sick leave

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work extra hard due to the fact that an employee on my team chooses to not do her part as a team player.

Skill sets and knowledge are not properly aligned with pay. At yearly AIP meeting discuss ways to incorporate more of my skill sets into my position or promote to get pay aligned. Happy with the company and confident that they will take care of my concerns. Learning and developing my career path.

I feel most in our branch are underpaid for the jobs they do, we all carry multiple jobs to help the company succeed without complaint, but would be nice to be compensated a little more sometimes
