Everyones there to make money, so help me help you vibe
The employees actually care and the entire system is dependent on caring about the workplace.
This can be a stressful job, especially when we are understaffed which is often. There is a lot of pressure on the employee staff because there is one manager over the store who is often at meetings or other stores and the responsibility to run the store falls on associates

Everyone has one big goal and easy to share tasks to meet it
Most of us have become friends so its nice to come to work and know your going to work with someone you like. It makes your shift go by faster
We don't have many company meetings for the store but we do have occasional district meetings with all the stores in the area. My co-workers are decent but there can be a high turnover rate (mostly from employees fired over bad judgement calls)
