Wow, hard to pick one thing, as it's really the combination of everything (benefits, vacation, salary and stock) that make it super-appealing.

Everyone striving to do their best work in their area.... and sharing that knowledge with others on the team. The humanity of folks on the team and Pendo providing an environment where we can understand and embrace how each other "tick."
