My team and my partners are all great. It's truly interesting work, challenging, and most of the time - we are supported well.

The workplace is flexible - there is room for improvement, as there is in any company, but the feeling is almost always positive and collaborative.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They have each other's back in a way that I have never experienced prior to working at Pendo. We are truly collaborative and help each other frequently.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked having the opportunity to meet so many team members prior to joining. I got a full picture and from different perspectives. It was also succinct and to the point.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pendo has recently extended its paid maternity leave coverage, I love our vacation policy, and I'm very excited about the newest coverage for IVF/adoption, etc. I wish our health benefits were better - our health insurance company is not great.
