What did you like most about the interview process?
Prospective employees get a chance to interview with at least one member of the executive team, regardless of the seniority of the role the applicant is pursuing.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The healthcare options are diverse and flexible, with both high-premium alternatives and high-deductible/HSA options. The People team regularly provides learning materials and tutorials to sort through the alternatives.
What makes you most happy at work?
I get the opportunity to work on a product that not only sells well, but that promotes business standards and communication styles consistent with what we practice (and benefit from) internally.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are transparent and respectful in our feedback. We know each other well enough to understand our temperaments, strengths, and weaknesses, and we are able to discuss them openly without unnecessary formality.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We eagerly help carry each others' burdens. Everyone on each team is aware of the entire team's goals for a given work period, and we communicate daily to find ways that we can help each other succeed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is transparent and approachable. They all consistently participate in interactive talks/question-answer sessions to clarify current events at higher levels of the organization. In addition, I feel comfortable reaching out one-on-one to any of them with concerns I have.
