What did you like most about the interview process?
Each person I interviewed with cared about me as a person and got to know me. It felt like I was interviewing with friends even though I had never met any of them before.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Pendo's leadership team is transparent and honest about the direction of the company and decisions they've made. We have bi-weekly town hall meetings and leadership answers all questions we have no matter who asks it.
What makes you most happy at work?
It makes me so happy to know that I'm selling a product that startups truly need and see so much value from. I met with 4 customers recently and each one had nothing but good things to say about the product and how glad they were that they chose Pendo to work with.
