The team is committed to Pendo's success, centers their energy on solving problems and is open to others' input and ways of doing things. Working with them is mentally engaging, free from complications and fun.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The executive team keeps employees informed, is transparent and open with information. I can find answers to whatever I'm curious about, whether it be company financials, deals closed by quarter, the latest employee survey results, etc.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company's values are clear. People live by them and celebrate others when they demonstrate them. Pendo's values thread through all that we do as a company, how we promote, hire and work day to day.
What makes you most happy at work?
Completing tasks, delivering projects, etc that have a real impact on my team, department and the company. I really feel like what I do and contribute matters, and that makes me happy to be at work.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process was *super* organized and thoughtful at Pendo. I met with a range of people who would be able to evaluate my fit for the role from varied perspectives. I enjoyed my conversations with them, got to understand their work some and assess if I would like working with them too.
