From even before I started, I felt extremely welcomed to the company and the team. Everyone was so inviting! Beyond that, the tech stack is ever growing and exciting as well. We have some really smart people making developing nice and streamlined.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm working on valuable goals while working with some really smart people. I feel useful every single day and I love it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I always feel like they have my back and are aware of what engineers are actually working on and going through. They never seem out of touch.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I get a high salary and full covered health, dental, and vision. The 401k matching has some to be desired but my base compensation makes up for it
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team members are extremely inviting and just brilliant people. If I need help, they're not afraid to sit down with me and talk things through. If they don't know the answers either, they know who to talk to to get them.
What did you like most about the interview process?
While there are classic whiteboarding problems, they're not judged soley on correctness. How candidates respond and their processes for getting there are also just as important. it makes me feel like their looking at it as a holistic process and not just a "yes or no" problem set.
