The company's core values align amazingly closely to my own personal values.
What did you like most about the interview process?
You get to interact with various people from different groups that you would be working with which helps gice some idea of how the intergroup dynamics work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is encouraging and respectful. They don't shoot the messenger but encourage open discourse to find ways to prevent future issues. They are genuinely empathetic to our lives outside of work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is open and encouraging. They are always willing to share knowledge and experiences with the tasks they have had perform. As such, they also are comfortable asking for assistance when they need it.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I really can't point to a best part. If I had to point to an area that impressed me, I would have to point to the "pick your own benefit" they recently implemented with Twic since not everyone benefits from generic benefits such as child care.
