Every morning when I come to the office, I look forward to being around my team. That's a really rare thing in any company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Even if something is frustrating or stressful, we're all working together to succeed. If someone needs help, several teammates are almost always ready to pitch in and offer up whatever they can do. We don't point fingers - we solve problems and work together to improve.
