What is the best part about your compensation package?
My salary is quite generous given my level of experience and this region's market. I've never been granted stock options before this job, but our grants seem to be quite competitive as well.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love my team. They're the main reason why I'm genuinely excited to get to the office on Monday morning. We have no shortage of challenges due to our rapid growth but taking them on with my teammates makes it worthwhile.
What makes you most happy at work?
Witnessing so many different backgrounds and skillsets coming together for a common goal every day. Seeing an engineer, a salesperson, and a recruiter discussing a company goal or event just the latest snack options is heartening and lets me know I'm where I want to be.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our company is centered around our core values as much today as we were at their inception. Having the core values so forefront in our culture provides a shared language of intention and positivity that serves both as an anchor for veterans and a jumping-off point for new hires.
