I have the opportunity to write software features that are both technically demanding on my skill set, and directly useful for a broad range of customers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They strive to make company knowledge accessible and easy to understand for all employees, regardless of rank or role. They encourage constant bidirectional communication between all teams and managers, and they are efficiently and tangibly responsive to feedback.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Often, teams at other companies treat their communication and culture as a "balance" between technical work and non-technical socialization. My team at Pendo is a rare instance of a group of people who can make technical work socially fulfilling as well. I feel valued professionally and socially.
