Fun, supportive and always willing to help. Even in a sales team, everyone is looking out for each other.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Obsession with success! There's a high focus on doing and being your best, whether that's inside or outside of work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The structure of the commission means I can keep working and keep getting paid. I am incentivised to achieve over my targtet - which I love.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The team have an impressive ability to think big picture, whilst having a firm grasp on detail. All contributions to the company are valued equally, which is great!
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process included a recruiter, team member, managers and even an interview with the CEO. It's a rigorous process to ensure it's a culture fit both ways.
