It's been an overall positive experience. The promotion process needs to be more objective, and it would be nice to see more diversity in leadership. That being said, my day to day work is interesting and engaging, and I like working with the majority of my colleagues.

They work hard to be transparent about challenges and growth opportunities within the business.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are really flexible. If someone needs to take care of something personal, it's a nonissue.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love digging into complex problems, finding a solution, and resolving the issue. It's really energizing.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I appreciated getting the chance to speak to one of the co-founders about their vision for the organizaiton.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I am able to be candid with my team and by boss if there are work related challenges that need to be addressed.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like having an open PTO policy. I don't have to worry about having to take unpaid sick time if I or a family member is unwell.
