My team is intelligent and thoughtful, receptive to feedback, incredibly supportive, and they always strive to enable everyone to grow their domain knowledge which in turn lifts the whole team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our maniacal focus on the customer and our brutal honesty. Our customers' challenge us to engineer great solutions and continually iterate for improvement. Our brutal honesty allows us to cut through noise to find the best solutions quicker and have a collaborative approach with our customers.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I enjoyed the opportunity to meet multiple members of a few different teams, as well as the multiple discussions I had with the manager I would be working for. Expectations of work, environment, and culture were set very well which made the decision to join Pendo super easy.
