I got to meet so many people so I had an idea of the culture I would be joining.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like that I can voice my opinion whenever I want. Of course you need to use tact in certain situations, but I never feel as though I'm not listened to.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Being transparent and honest with employees goes a long way. I may not always agree with every decision, but they share why each decision is made and don't shy away from difficult conversations.
