We work as a unit and encourage one another to do what is best for the team and the company. Everyone roots for one another to sell more and they are very selfless.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Todd (our CEO) still interviews everyone at our company. That is something so rare now, especially at the rate we are growing at. It gives you that much more insight into the company and its values.
