Overall, Pendo has been a positive experience. I've met some of the best colleagues I've ever worked with at Pendo. There are systemic issues that Pendo needs to improve in order to foster a sense of belonging for marginalized people. I hope they will prioritize that moving forward.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is no pay transparency. When I've spoken to peers directly about compensation, I've consistently found that male peers are paid more. I would feel better about my compensation if I were being compensated fairly.
