The diversity efforts have really come a long way, they really do listen to our feedback and try to act on that.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Medical, dental, vision are all covered, which is great! But no 401k matching and most are paid less than what they could get elsewhere.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I knew what was expected of me, got to interview with people from multiple departments to see other sides of the business and how I would potentially interact with them.
