What makes you most happy at work?
My team and the opportunity to always be learning and challenged because no day looks the same. The company as a whole seems receptive to change in light of the 2021 growth.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Equity. Free medical, vision, dental. New mental health and professional coaching. Membership to One Medical group. But downsides are that there is no 401k match, and I know other tech company healthcare packages are far more competitive for Bay Area-based employees.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Incredible communication and transparency from the recruiting team. Early on in the interview, I was transferred to a new role that seemed to be a better fit. And it was, without doubt, what I wanted to be doing! Loved the team in the "panel" style interview.
