The atmosphere is laid back and fun. The production for this area is steady paced. I wish the pay was a little better and the hours were more but all in all it is a good company.

The attitudes of most of the employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are all positive and help each other out.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to put a smile on our customers faces.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We don't really have one. There is a general manager and an assistant manager. I have only met the area coach one time. But she seems pretty positive.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I dont really know. I was told I would be hired on as a manager. But wasn't told until later that I wouldn't be starting out as a Manger with the wage of a Manger. That was kind of frustrating.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am used to getting paid more and having more hours on my check. So having a decrease in pay and less hours on my check is frustrating. I am a very hard worker and am getting paid the same amount as some of the people who are not as hard working with less experience.
