Very difficult to please everyone. Very stressfull.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Just everyone playing there part.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I been getting put down by my rgm. I've try to just do my job but it hard when someone make you feel worthless.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Well all help each other whenever we can. We actually work as a team and that's what I love about my job.
