What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people I work with are friendly and funny and fun to talk to and be around
What did you like most about the interview process?
I really did not get interviewed I told them I would be perfect for the job so they just handed me the uniform and told me what my job duties would be and when I would start
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The way they talk to the employees could really be changed. They seem to always have a holier than thou attitude and talk down to us. Also instead of taking you and talking to you in private they talk to your father everybody else there. I have never worked for a company that does that.
