I have been regularly robbed of my tips by my coworkers and have been physically assaulted in the workplace and HR doesn't care.

Lose the hypocrisy and treat people equally.

Follow their own rules and regulations. Actually managing the employees. Actually doing their jobs.

Stop stealing from other drivers. Start managing to company standards. Treat people fairly.

I have been robbed and physically assaulted and my manager doesn't let you contact HR to let them know what going on.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If I wasn't being robbed every day that I work, if everyone was held to the same level of accountability, if everyone was actually treated fairly, then I would feel better.
