Ive been working as a bartender for 8 months now. The owner is a narcissist, the managers do not do their job right. I reported the managers to corporate, at the same time, a drunk customer complained about me. instead of the managers siding with me, they ignored me and took my hours for 5 weeks.

My coworkers are great and so is the leader.

They let me bartend for 6 months without a license
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
were mexicans, our drinks are decorated beautifully. the environment is bright and fun.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
My managers and owner not being so mean and unfair. Not letting their terrible personality get in the way of the job
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Since my work took away my hours for 5 weeks, i have not earned money. The owner gave me a PTSD attack, when i confronted him he threatened my ability. My managers stall too much when it comes to me talking to them and trying to get the truth. The manager didnt side with me when a customer was pervy
