I have a few hood friends on the staff, diverse group of people.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My manager is actually fairly laid back, unfortunately her bosses are awful, and she doesn't have as much freedom over her store as she should.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With gas prices rising like crazy, I expected at least a moderate raise to our mileage compensation. Corporate has been dragging their feet for months now, as I have been asking for it fo be raised for a while since it was never adequate to begin with
