It's been a disaster since our new district manager took over.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I didn't even get interviewed. They just hired me.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Again, it'd be coworkers. Like I said, we're all trying our best to tough it out and hope things get better.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My coworkers are great. They're all very dedicated to working through these trying times this location is going through. But we're on the precipice of everyone in this location quitting.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Absolutely everything. Mostly listening to staff. Apparently our current district manager thinks cutting our hours when we're already horribly understaffed is a good idea. Every problem this store has had since he took over has been caused by staffing issues.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management communication and understanding. Our district manager strikes me as really out of touch as to what goes on in the store. He seems to think the reason this store is struggling is due to incompetence on our part. Again, he's cutting our hours while we're already understaffed
