Have people who actually know how to do interviews. The lack of knowledge and training for interviews is appalling.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The direct team that I work with in store is great we all work together to overcome much of the stores deficiency caused by upper management.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership needs to actually be present more understanding of each stores situation and in general needs to understand how a business actually works instead of just putting bandaids on major problems or telling everyone they are ineffective when the higher-ups do nothing to improve training quality.
