It was good at first and then everything went downhill after that.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need yo learn to quit talking about each other and that discrimination is not fair
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am only paid 2.50 an hour and i dont make a lot in tips the most that i have gone home with is maybe $50 and that was the cash that i got from tables not the credit card tips. There are several times when i dont get all my tips. Shows $30 but only $4 in pocket
