Overall terrible. I have written HR about the problems I have had with boss only after nothing has been done about other employees not following the work rules, being disrespectful, the manager does not take care of his crew well. No problems have been fixed

Nothing at all. The environment is terrible.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Getting the position and pay raise i deserve because i have proved i am worth and highly capable of it
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
New managment and new people need to be hired to make it go smoothly because the team now will ruin pizza hut in my opion and others
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Have team meeting because there are none. Work better as a team instead of putting all the work on one when there are 3 on a shift to help
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Putting someone in the position that actually wants to be in the position and work instead of pushing work onto others when most of the time the ones that do good are already over worked as it is through the week
