my general manager is THE WORST she serves gross unsafe food at times, messes with people hours who she doesn't like, trash talked to annother worker against lgbtq+ people, and countless other bad things my manager has written down, all while our owner doesn't do anything to change her behavior

creating wonderful pizzas for people to enjoy
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love makeing the food and being in a nice cleanish environment
What do you like best about the leadership team?
our manager is hard working, gives us tips, makes sure we aren't burnt out and genuinely cares about her workers
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I get payed 12 an hour and have been for a year with no raise while they hire new people at 13 an hour
