Pizzahut seems to thrive on desperate people paying them minimally working them to death in a toxic environment, even the general managers 38-40k a year for 50+ hours a week is no way to live life. The crew in the restaurant is what makes it all happen. Happy leaders make a happy team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Positive notes are people I work with "minus the gm" and its a nice small town I know a lot of people there making great food gives me some inner joy especially being paid enough to care.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There genuinely nice people we all help each other out. Minus the gm, we run it better and smoother actually without her. We don't play rank were all working together you couldnt tell who's actually managing. Im a driver but im the leader.
