Working as a team. Got.people refusing to help their coworkers when its needes
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to work on being willing to help or answer the phone every once in a while when they r not busy and I am. Instead of walking by the phone or standing around chit chatting with other workers doing nothing
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Making 5.25 plus tips as a closing server i think is not worth it. Sometimes u get just a couple tables and its not just serving. Gotta close the dining room down, sweep, mop, vacuum, dishes its a lot of work for little pay
