What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We try to have fun while working hard. We celebrate birthdays and holidays as a family
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication can be very lacking. We do not find out some things till the last minute
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have pretty decent benifits. They do go up a little every year but we added a diabetic package this year that pays 100% for all the testing supplies
What are some of the best things about your team?
When we can get in a groove we work well together. But sometimes it's very hard bc we are not given enough labor dollars to properly staff to give great customer service
