Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I strive at Pizza Hut to get total customer satisfaction and I believe we as managers work extremely hard for minimal pay. Most times the delivery drivers are making 3 times what a manager does. Appreciating the managers who work so hard will in turn be very beneficial to the company as a whole.
