I feel Pizza Hut under pays their cooks. I make minimum wage and I worked Superbowl Sunday from 10-6:30 by my self. Minimum wage is not enough for the amount of work cooks do.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Store managers yell at employees when they are stressed. This brings the moral of the team down. They need to be better trained, or be more selective when choosing a person for a management position.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Employees need to be trained better and taught how to work as a team. When you see someone needing help, then help. When a manager sees someone not doing something find them something to do.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Since I'm a cook they require me to non-stop work (which is fine). However, the other employees when we are not busy play on their phones and most of the time sit in the dining area to "relax".
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The employees should be paid based off of the type of work that they do, not the same thing for everyone. Training needs to be more then just videos and a trainee should never be left by themselves.
