What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Everything. Literally everything. Our manager needs to learn how to run the store and the upper heads need to stop worrying about their bonuses only.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Well all help each other whenever we can. We actually work as a team and that's what I love about my job.
