Scheduling. The RGM is clueless, a better friend than boss. Doesn't handle problems in the store properly
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was told the day I started that drivers would never get a raise. Two other drivers have received raises since I started. Everything is blamed on the drivers as well. When we're told by management to prep a certain amount of dough that's all we prep; but we're blamed if it isn't enough.
