The coworkers at my location are awesome and if the management were a little more respectful and treat us as real human beings there really honestly would not be nothing us coworkers would need to change
What makes you most happy at work?
Making customers happy and all us employees having fun and working at the same time just making it a positive environment also making money for me since we don’t get paid much so this is a stressful situation
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Respect! Fairness and honor! This is a job regardless what kind of job I love my job but most do not. Treating employees and also customers horribly wrong in every way possible! Making us cry for no reason and also not being clean when handeling food or lids,pans to use for prep has mold on them
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Managers need to treat us more respectful and if it’s getting busy every one of us can do our jobs perfectly fine but the managers start yelling being 100 percent negative towards us all drivers and cooks also to the shift manager that we mess up or get mad that we’re treated so badly now dont care
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
use our own vehicles, they do not reimburse nothing at all is very unfair and extremely expensive with only 6 $ an hr! a lot of times we have bad tip days we don’t make much at all this is my only job so I have to work 6 days 110 hrs for decent money? Why no help with car repairs or nothing?ridiculu
