Everyone treated equally and that there is no favoritism
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The GM plays favorites and the actual good workers aren't paid what they deserve
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I requested to be trained in all areas so I was a more valued employee but never got paid accordingly and was taken advantage of because I was diversely trained
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Everyone was supposed to work as a team but it was never enforced. Again favorites got to do whatever they want and we had to do whatever they didn't want to do plus what we had to do. At one point I even got yelled at because I was in the kitchen and I so-called didn't belong there.
