Compensation for everyone, easier hiring process, better bonus program, and actually have programs in place so that upper management can use their pto even if the stores are understaffed.
They keep raising prices but won’t raise pay for salary or hourly workers. Have to work 50+ hours but only paid for 40. Minimum wage is not a living wage. Starting wages for shift leaders are too low versus the competition AND non competitors.
