
Information doesn't run down hill, we end up making mistakes because something changed and we weren't made aware of.
Our management is ran off of popularity and delegating duties should be prioritised better. Ex,(dishes piling up should be taken care of before extra duties)Tomato recognition system, seems to have turned into a way to spite other employees.
Management is constantly fighting with eachother, drivers have no voice, even though they are the link between customers. We have a constantly changing staff due to no work related drama. I would love to show up at work and not feel like I have to chose a side.
Shift management would be very helpful. 2nd shift is constantly playing catch up to 1st shift. If we are super busy it ends up setting everyone off, due to the increase in duties and probably means you won't get off as scheduled. A thank you would go a long way for company moral.
