We have all learned to be friends and actually hang out with each other outside of work because we get along so well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I understand it is in the fast food industry. But I have been working here for 5 years and haven't received a raise that they wanted to give me because I deserved it
